What is the Unconscious Mind?

Your unconscious mind is the part of you that runs quietly in the background, it stores your beliefs, emotions, memories, habits, and patterns.


It’s incredibly powerful and shapes how you feel, behave, and experience the world.

Sometimes, we become stuck with unresolved trauma or limiting beliefs that lead to anxiety, low mood, fear, or a general sense of being blocked in life.

Unconscious Mind Therapy helps release those blocks, shift negative patterns, and create space for healing, clarity, and positive change.
